AHA and CanolaInfo on the Airwaves

CanolaInfo is sponsoring two radio public service announcements (PSAs) by the American Heart Association (AHA) about getting the right types of fat in the diet. Part of AHA’s Face the Fats campaign, the PSAs feature The Better Fats Sisters named "Mon" and "Poly" and tout canola oil as a heart-healthy cooking oil. Richardson Makes Acquisition
Richardson International Ltd. purchased Innovative Food Corp., a margarine and shortening company with manufacturing plants in Ontario and New Brunswick, as "part of its expansion into canola-based oil, margarine and shortening products." This means there will be more healthy fats to go around!
